Dr. Carl Steger (pronounced “Steeger”) is known for his excellent skills in Cosmetic and General dentistry. So feel free to visit us and have peace of mind knowing that even the smallest restorative care will be handled with expertise and precision.

An honors graduate of the Medical College of Virginia, Dr. Steger practiced three years in the U.S. Air Force and completed an Advanced Dental Education Residency before entering private practice. He is also a certified Dawson Academy Alumnus. His firm commitment to continuing education keeps him at the leading edge of dental technology.

Dr. Steger enjoys mountain biking, Motorsports, horology, and the outdoors. He and his wife Kimberly live in Preston with their two dogs Phoebe and Guinness.

Gina moved to North Carolina in 1996 from the suburbs of Chicago. Her husband Kris is a native of Goldsboro, and they have a young daugher named Ava. Gina brings over eight years of certified dental assisting experience with a light and caring touch. She enjoys spending time with her family and travel to the Windy City.

Katie joins Steger Dental Center after spending four years working in Florida as a hygienist. Previously she worked in the North Raleigh area. A distinguised graduate of the prestigious University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Katie brings a wealth of information regarding the treatment of gum disease and dental hygiene. She enjoys running, reading and yoga. Currently she is training for several 10ks.

A native of the Bay Area, California, Valarie moved to the Triangle in 2006. She has over 20 years experience in the dental field, with both clinical and administrative expertise. Valarie is married with three teenage boys, Zachary, Mathew and Logan. She enjoys raising her Boxer "Indy", watching her boys compete in sports, and travel.
